Associate – Global Investor Relations & Capital Raising (Private Credit)

About the role

Our client, a leading investor relations and principal investment firm based in the UAE, is expanding its private credit team. The Associate will support capital‑raising activities across the GCC, working with institutional investors and sourcing global principal investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end CRM support for the sales process, ensuring accurate client data and pipeline tracking.
• Maintain and update investor information, activity logs, and ticket‑size forecasts within the CRM.
• Generate and deliver reports and analytics from large data sets to internal teams and investors.
• Coordinate briefing materials, meeting logistics and follow‑up for senior‑level prospect meetings.
• Assist in creating standard marketing presentations and materials.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in alternative investments (private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds).
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a team‑first attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to align with global partners and offices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with DealCloud or similar CRM systems.
