Associate – Global Private Equity (Dubai)

About the role
We are seeking an Associate to join a leading single‑family office in Dubai, focusing on global private equity investments across Europe, the United States and Asia. The role will support the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities to execution and ongoing portfolio management.
Key responsibilities
- Originate and evaluate private equity and credit investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation and modelling for potential deals.
- Coordinate due‑diligence processes and work closely with legal and advisory teams.
- Assist in structuring transactions, including late‑stage venture, growth equity, LBOs and minority stake investments.
- Monitor and manage existing portfolio companies, preparing performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Required profile
- Prior investment experience at a reputable private‑equity firm.
- Corporate finance background from a top‑tier investment bank.
- Strong interest in relocating to the Middle East.
- Degree from a top‑tier university.
