About the role
Oliver Wyman is expanding its Government and Public Institutions practice in the UAE. As an Associate you will join a fast‑growing team that advises senior executives of public‑sector organisations on strategy, operations and transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and guide junior consultants on key focus areas.
- Plan and execute analyses, identify core issues and develop actionable recommendations.
- Work side‑by‑side with clients and project team members to move projects forward.
- Manage small teams, ensuring efficient problem‑solving from hypothesis generation to solution convergence.
- Provide unique insights into the chosen subject area and ensure recommendations are practical and cohesive.
Required profile
- Experienced professional with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to lead small teams and collaborate effectively with clients.
- Interest in government, public‑sector strategy and transformation.
