Associate – Guest Operations at Roxy Cinema

About the role

The Associate – Guest Operations will be the front‑line representative of Roxy Cinema, delivering memorable cinema experiences to guests. Working on the cinema floor, you will support all front‑of‑house activities while upholding the brand’s standards of safety, presentation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly service to every guest, answering enquiries and offering assistance.
• Operate ticketing and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
• Manage crowd flow, enforce cinema policies and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment.
• Handle cash transactions, ticket control and end‑of‑shift financial reconciliation.
• Maintain cleanliness, signage and overall presentation of the cinema lobby and screening areas.
• Support other front‑of‑house functions as needed to guarantee smooth operations.
