Associate Interior Designer - Luxury Hospitality

About the role

A Dubai studio of an internationally recognised leader in luxury hospitality design is expanding and is looking for an Associate Interior Designer with 7-10 years of experience in high-end hotel design. This is a leadership-level role taking charge of projects from concept to completion, guiding creative direction, managing client relationships and leading internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept development and interior design direction for luxury hospitality projects
• Create design proposals, mood boards, masterplans and presentations
• Oversee design development, technical detailing and space planning
• Act as key point of contact for client presentations and design pitches
• Stay up to date with industry trends and sustainable design practices

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's)
• 7-10 years of proven experience designing hotels, not restaurants or residential projects
• Strong portfolio of hotel projects with client/operator recommendations
• Previous experience working in the Middle East region
• Excellent presentation, communication and client-facing skills
• Fluent written and spoken English

• AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Revit preferred but not essential
