Associate Leadership & Customer Experience Facilitator

About the role

The BCJ Group is seeking dynamic Arabic‑English facilitators to deliver leadership, customer experience and behavioral skills workshops across the UAE and GCC. This project‑based consulting opportunity allows you to work with a variety of audiences, from frontline staff to senior executives, in both in‑person and virtual settings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging workshops in Arabic and English, using storytelling, discussion, coaching and experiential activities.
• Adapt content for cultural relevance while preserving learning outcomes.
• Partner with client teams to drive measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and customer experience.
• Assess learning impact and contribute to continuous program enhancement.
• Support a range of participants, from frontline employees to senior leaders.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Proven experience facilitating leadership development, customer experience, or behavioral skills programs.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and create psychological safety.
• Based in the UAE or with extensive experience working across the GCC.
