Associate Manager – Campaign

About the role

The Associate Manager – Campaign will support the Director of Digital Marketing in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Retail Operations, E‑commerce, CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, Commercial and external agencies.
• Maintain detailed work‑back schedules, campaign trackers, approvals, dependencies and risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee asset deployment and quality assurance for creatives, messaging, landing pages and customer communications.
• Serve as the central point of coordination, securing timely inputs, sign‑offs and resolving bottlenecks.
• Support measurement and reporting by preparing briefs, consolidating performance insights and post‑campaign analyses.
• Drive process improvement by enhancing templates, SOPs and governance practices.
