Associate Manager - Corporate Excellence (UAE National Only)

About the role

Dubai Chambers is looking for an Associate Manager (Corporate Excellence) who will implement its Business Process Management system, run business process reengineering and improvement initiatives, and help deliver excellence awards, corporate performance management and organizational development. The role aligns the organization's initiatives with the Chamber's and Dubai Government's strategic objectives. UAE nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Improve services and operations using the 360 Dubai Model, develop an annual service improvement plan and monitor its execution
• Maintain ISO IMS (QHSE) certification and support ISO certificates such as QHSE, Innovation, Governance and Business Continuity
• Lead internal and external QMS audits under ISO 9001, manage corrective actions and document control
• Support business process management: process mapping, workflow modeling, maturity assessments and process improvement
• Help implement SLAs, benchmark with government bodies and take part in local and international award programs
• Support Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) awards preparation, including self-assessments, improvement plans and quarterly reports to management and the steering committee

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• 4-6 years of progressive experience; industry experience in a similar role is preferable
• Knowledge of corporate performance management, business process reengineering and quality management systems
• Strong project management and analytical skills, ability to influence at all levels
• Good knowledge of the EFQM model or similar UAE models (DGEP, DQA, SKEA)
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
