Associate Operations Training & Onboarding

About the role

instashop, an online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt and part of the Delivery Hero family since 2020, is looking for an Associate Operations Training & Onboarding specialist. You will support the delivery and execution of onboarding and training programs for riders, pickers and operational teams, working closely with other teams so that new and existing team members complete mandatory requirements and are ready to perform effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding programs for riders, pickers and operational teams, ensuring timely completion of mandatory training and deployment requirements.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher and operational training sessions according to approved training plans, SOPs and business requirements.
• Maintain training materials, attendance records, assessments and certification data.
• Monitor trainee performance, identify knowledge or skill gaps, escalate recurring issues and support coaching or retraining.
• Track training completion and post-training performance and share updates with the Specialist and Operations teams.
• Support training improvement initiatives, employee engagement, feedback collection and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in Training, L&D or a related function within operations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu, verbal and written.
• Effective time management, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with e-learning platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Problem-solving, conflict resolution and innovative approach to designing engaging training programs.
