Associate - People Experience & Culture

About the role

The People Experience & Culture Associate supports the Group’s engagement and wellbeing agenda, helping to create an inclusive, connected, and supportive workplace where employees feel valued and can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Group‑wide employee engagement and wellbeing programmes across offices, stores and warehouses.
• Collaborate with People Partners, local People Experience & Culture teams, leaders, Group Communications and employee champions.
• Gather and analyse employee insights and feedback to continuously improve programmes.
• Ensure programmes are accessible, relevant and responsive to a diverse workforce.

Required profile

• Strong interest in employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive attitude.
