Associate People Partner

About the role

The Associate - People Partner will support key people initiatives and HR processes across the Transform Chalhoub Program and Group Management functions, including Communications, Sustainability, Internal Audit, and Family Office.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and workforce planning activities, manage requisitions and PO codes, and work with Talent Acquisition partners.
• Draft, review and maintain job descriptions and ensure fair job evaluations with Rewards.
• Manage internal HR operational processes such as transfers, promotions, confirmations and organizational updates.
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives through internal communications and leadership messaging.
• Assist with budget and workforce governance, headcount tracking and budget analysis.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards and reports for leadership discussions and workforce planning.
• Deliver people initiatives, change management activities, onboarding experiences and upskilling sessions.
