Associate Planner

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Planner to support a small product portfolio and production lines within Ecolab’s Global Supply Chain in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on short‑term raw material scheduling, partnering with plant production, supply planning, procurement and vendors to ensure smooth production execution.

Key responsibilities

• Perform short‑term supply and raw material scheduling/planning.
• Collaborate daily with plant production, supply planners, procurement and material vendors.
• Identify and solve basic problems related to material availability.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities.
• Execute additional transactional tasks and respond quickly to priority shifts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in supply chain planning, finance, marketing or an analytical discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and basic analytical/problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate across functions.
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma project experience or Green Belt.

Required skills

• Planning systems and advanced planning software.
• ERP familiarity.
• MS Excel and MS Word proficiency.
• Lean Six Sigma methodology.
