About the role
The Associate Principal will join GEMS School Management (GSM) to lead educational initiatives across multiple international locations. This full‑time position requires a high degree of mobility and the ability to operate in diverse cultural environments. Reporting directly to the GSM Education Lead, the role is pivotal in supporting the global expansion of GEMS schools.
Key responsibilities
- Report to the GSM Education Lead on strategic and operational matters.
- Travel extensively on international assignments to support school operations and development.

- Willingness to relocate globally and work in diverse cultural settings.
