Associate Producer

About the role

We are looking for a driven Associate Producer (UAE nationals only) to support our studio’s fast‑moving, technology‑focused projects. The role blends creative, technical and operational responsibilities across holographic shoots, executive demos, tech showcases and large public events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing high‑profile projects, including holographic production shoots, executive demos, tech showcases and public experiences.
• Manage schedules, logistics, stakeholder communications and on‑site coordination to ensure seamless delivery.
• Represent the production team with professionalism when interacting with VIPs, clients, partners and senior leadership.
• Track project progress, anticipate challenges, flag risks and ensure follow‑through from planning to post‑delivery.
• Participate in hands‑on testing of emerging technologies and help integrate them into creative workflows.
• Maintain documentation, support procurement and inventory, and keep team workflows organized.

Required profile

• Proven experience in game, film, creative or technology‑driven production environments.
• Agile and flexible mindset, comfortable in a dynamic, startup‑like setting.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when engaging with VIPs and senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently without micromanagement.
• Passion for cutting‑edge technology and storytelling.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies and workflows.

Required skills

• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Notion and Trello.
