Associate Program Manager – Everyday Essentials (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Program Manager to lead the expansion of Amazon’s Everyday Essentials (EE) portfolio across the UAE and MENA‑TR markets. The role focuses on selection strategy, marketing initiatives, product program integration and geographic rollout, aiming to grow customer acquisition and improve the selection framework.

Key responsibilities

• Drive selection strategy by streamlining tracking, analyzing and optimizing EE product streams in both consumables and non‑consumables categories, and building automated identification mechanisms.
• Partner with marketing teams to create tracking mechanisms, ensure parity of marketing effectiveness across categories, and develop playbooks for non‑CL EE items.
• Support adoption of successful EE programs, oversee technical implementation, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems while measuring performance.
• Lead geographic expansion across MENA‑TR locales, develop market‑specific strategies, coordinate localization efforts and create scalable rollout frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
