Associate - Project Management (Emirati Talent)

About the role

The Emirates Investment Bank is launching an Emiratisation programme to develop future banking leaders. This associate position combines on‑the‑job experience with a six‑month structured training programme covering banking fundamentals, project‑management specialisation and professional certification.

Key responsibilities

• Support project tracking and coordination across initiatives.
• Assist in documenting business requirements, process flows and project artefacts.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items and deliverables.
• Liaise with business, IT, operations, risk and compliance stakeholders.
• Support UAT, project implementation and post‑go‑live issue tracking.
• Contribute to change‑management activities such as communications and training.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Family Book; National Service completed for male candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree (any major, preferably Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or Information Systems) with GPA 2.8+.
• Graduates from 2025 onwards; fresher or less than 1 year experience.
• Fluent in English.
