Associate Recruitment Consultant - Legal Desk

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join the Legal Desk of Tandem Search in Dubai. You will work alongside senior consultants, handling the full recruitment lifecycle for legal professionals across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and screen legal candidates for a variety of roles.
• Manage high‑volume outbound calls and maintain active candidate communication.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support consultants on live mandates and urgent hiring needs.
• Write and post job adverts on relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the Legal Desk.
• Achieve individual and team targets in a high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in agency recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Commercial mindset with a drive to meet targets.
• Energetic, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and job boards.
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines and CRM tools.
