Associate Relationship Manager

About the role

As an Associate in Relationship Management you will develop and grow the business with banks and financial institutions, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations and delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as the first line of defense for KYC/AML compliance.
• Collect, review and upload full KYC documentation, keep the CRM tool up‑to‑date and ensure timely KYC reviews.
• Support the client onboarding process from initial contact to account activation, coordinating with compliance, credit and middle‑office teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, cross‑sell products, monitor client profitability and raise any business‑at‑risk or suspicious activities to senior management.
• Prepare and present proposals and product presentations, and manage escalated customer queries.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in securities or banking, preferably in a custodian bank or securities house.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with solid knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT and compliance procedures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage deliverables on time.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French are a plus.
