Associate UI Designer - Trading Platform User Interface

About the role

ADSS, a leading brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is looking for an Associate UI Designer to shape the visual language of its trading, onboarding, and payments platforms. You will turn wireframes and user flows into polished, high‑fidelity interfaces that are modern, consistent, and effortless to use.

Key responsibilities

• Convert wireframes and UX flows into high‑fidelity screens for web, mobile, and desktop.
• Apply and extend ADSS’s design language and component libraries to ensure visual consistency.
• Support the creation and maintenance of scalable design systems, including typography, colors, spacing, icons, and UI patterns.
• Collaborate with engineers during handoff to guarantee pixel‑perfect, responsive, and accessible implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers and UX Designers to interpret requirements and refine interaction models.
• Participate in design reviews, explain design rationale, and maintain feedback loops with the Design Lead and Engineering team.
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma and validate designs through user testing, iterating based on insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of professional UI design experience.
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, data‑driven interfaces.
