Associate Watch Advisor

About the role

A. Lange & Söhne is seeking an Associate Watch Advisor to join its Dubai boutique. The role combines high‑end sales, client relationship management, and boutique operations to deliver an exceptional luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet personal sales budgets in line with brand retail strategy while complying with legal, fiscal and customs regulations.
• Maximize profit by controlling discounts, expenses and third‑party commissions.
• Analyze missed sales with Assistant/Boutique Manager to refine forecasts.
• Organize private viewings for VIP clients and discuss business opportunities.
• Serve as brand ambassador, ensuring excellent client welcoming, handling and service.
• Maintain boutique appearance and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective VIP customers, updating the boutique’s CRM database.
• Handle client complaints, coordinate repairs and after‑sales service with Sales Administrators.
• Participate in stocktaking, replenish sold timepieces and oversee maintenance such as strap changes and polishing.
• Manage cash register, credit‑card transactions and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Report opportunities and incidents promptly to the Assistant/Boutique Manager and share improvement ideas.
• Support team members through training, onboarding and collaborative work.
