Audio Video Support Engineer (UC Engineer)

About the role

Axiom Technologies is seeking an Audio Video Support Engineer (also known as a UC Engineer) to join its Video Conference and Microsoft Teams Live Events support team. The role involves managing and maintaining Cisco and Microsoft Teams room environments for international sites, providing both onsite and remote assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support Cisco/Microsoft Teams room equipment using alerting and support tools.
• Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting for video‑conference hardware and software.
• Support Microsoft Live Events as producer, organizer, and technical lead.
• Manage device lifecycle, including RMA processing, warranty returns, and vendor coordination.
• Handle support tickets through ITIL tools (ServiceNow) while meeting SLA targets.
• Collaborate with local teams in India and Australia to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in video‑conference and AV technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, logical, and methodical approach.
• Calm under pressure with a focus on outstanding customer experience.

Required skills

• Cisco hardware and Cisco CVI.
• Microsoft Teams, including Teams Rooms on Android.
• Cisco Control Hub, Microsoft Teams Premium, Microsoft Teams Admin Centre.
• Audio‑visual hardware troubleshooting.
• RMA management and vendor coordination.
• ITIL processes and ServiceNow ticketing.
