iOS Developer – Live Video Streaming

About the role

We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer to join a confidential technology product team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building and maintaining high‑scale native iOS applications, especially those that deliver live video streaming and media content. You will work on performance optimisation, real‑time troubleshooting and end‑to‑end media delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance native iOS apps using Swift and SwiftUI, creating new features and custom components from scratch.
• Implement and optimise live‑streaming and video‑based solutions, working with HLS, IVS and WebRTC architectures.
• Diagnose and resolve memory leaks, crashes and performance bottlenecks using Xcode Instruments and advanced profiling tools.
• Collaborate with backend, product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, stable solutions.
• Apply iOS architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP or VIPER and maintain unit tests and CI/CD pipelines with Git and Fastlane.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional native iOS development experience.
• Proven track record delivering applications at scale for millions of users, particularly in live‑video or OTT contexts.
