About the role
MHA UAE is seeking a talented Audit Assistant Manager to join its dynamic team in Dubai. You will work closely with clients, building relationships and delivering audit insights that drive real business results.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients, coordinating timing, correspondence and on‑site visits.
- Prepare planning memoranda, identify risk areas and gather audit evidence efficiently.
- Delegate, supervise and review work of senior and junior staff, ensuring files are complete before escalation.
- Monitor budgets, fieldwork progress and filing deadlines, communicating issues to partners or managers.
- Provide technical advice, training and performance feedback to junior staff.
Required profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 2 + years post‑qualification experience in practice.
- Strong supervisory ability and commercial client focus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills across diverse environments.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Sage, Alpha Tax, CaseWare and VPM/Central.
