Automotive Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Automotive Procurement Specialist will join Sell Your Motors in the United Arab Emirates to lead the acquisition of used vehicles. You will evaluate cars, conduct inspections and set purchase prices that reflect market conditions while ensuring a smooth, transparent experience for sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Assess online valuation requests and perform detailed vehicle inspections.
• Determine fair purchase prices based on market trends and company guidelines.
• Negotiate purchase terms with sellers and finalize agreements.
• Coordinate inspection appointments and prepare all required documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to process payments and handle legal formalities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor inventory needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing processes and customer service standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection, automotive valuation and used‑car market trends.
• Proven ability to negotiate purchase terms and manage supplier and customer relationships.
• Experience with documentation, basic contract review and compliance with automotive regulations.
• Proficiency in data entry, inventory tracking and use of online valuation or CRM software.
• Relevant experience in automotive buying, dealership operations or car trading in the UAE.
• Analytical mindset, numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
