Automotive Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Autorun, the authorized dealer for OMODA, JAECOO and iCAUR in Dubai, is hiring an Arabic-speaking Sales Executive. The role covers the full sales process, from lead generation and customer consultation through test drives, negotiation, booking and delivery, and requires fluent English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by presenting and selling vehicles, products and related services.
• Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and customer consultation to test drives, negotiation, booking and vehicle delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a professional, high-quality showroom experience.
• Stay up to date on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, competitors and market trends, especially within Chinese automotive brands.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and CRM activity, and follow up on all assigned leads.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience in the automotive industry in the UAE/Dubai; familiarity with Chinese automotive brands is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Excellent spoken, written and reading English and Arabic.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the UAE automotive market and customer buying behaviour.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners are highly prioritised.
