AWS Solutions Architect – Partner Enablement

About the role

We are looking for an AWS Solutions Architect to act as a strategic technical advisor for the AWS business across the Middle East. The role leads partner enablement, technical pre‑sales, solutioning and post‑sales advisory to drive cloud adoption, supporting internal sales teams and external channel partners with the design, assessment and deployment of AWS‑based solutions aligned with customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on workshops, bootcamps and enablement sessions to up‑skill AWS partners across IaaS, PaaS and GenAI workloads, guiding them on MAP, OLA and Well‑Architected Framework programs.
• Act as solution consultant during customer scoping, architecture design and migration planning, running discovery calls, Well‑Architected Reviews and supporting early‑stage migrations and GenAI pilots such as Amazon Bedrock.
• Provide architecture blueprints and cost‑optimised solutions on AWS, reviewing partner‑led designs for alignment with the Well‑Architected Framework and driving adoption of Security Landing Zones, Control Tower and governance best practices.
• Contribute to building scalable pre‑sales IP (AI Landing Zone templates, solution kits, outcome accelerators) and evangelise cloud innovation through events, webinars and AI challenge programs.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS covering Compute, Storage, Networking, Security and AI/ML.
• Proven background in technical pre‑sales, solution architecture or partner enablement, preferably within a distributor, cloud partner or channel ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of AWS partner programs such as MAP, OLA and Well‑Architected Reviews.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in the Middle East market.
