Azure Infrastructure Senior Manager

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking an Azure Infrastructure Senior Manager to lead the design, deployment, and operation of its Azure‑based cloud environment. You will be responsible for aligning cloud initiatives with enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and security standards while driving automation and DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Azure engineers, handling hiring and performance reviews.
• Plan, execute, and deliver Azure infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Design, implement, and operate PaaS services, SaaS integrations, and Azure Databricks workloads.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Monitor system health, create dashboards, and report on performance, consumption, and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Manage security alerts, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with Azure security policies.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell and Azure automation tools.
• Coordinate Azure audits and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve security and technology processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Azure engineering teams in a large‑scale enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and information security standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cloud projects and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
