B2B Corporate Sales Officer

About the role

Coined One is hiring directly for its Dubai team as a full-time B2B corporate sales officer. The role focuses on B2B corporate sales within the banking and commercial sector, managing client accounts, building a strong sales pipeline and closing commercial deals in the UAE. Candidates must be currently in the UAE with at least 2 years of pure B2B sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B corporate prospects in the UAE
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at mid-market and corporate clients
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives
• Present, negotiate and close large, complex commercial deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation
• Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts and activities
• Maintain accurate account and contact information in the CRM
• Ensure compliance with banking, regulatory and internal policies

Required profile

• 2+ years of pure B2B sales experience in the UAE (commercial sales, corporate banking or related fields)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• UAE-based candidates preferred; those currently in the UAE get priority
