B2B Sales Executive – Tyres

About the role

The B2B Sales Executive will drive sales growth and ensure high customer satisfaction within the tyre, battery and lubricant segment of Al-Futtaim Automotive. Reporting to the after‑sales team, you will build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, dealers and fleet customers while meeting defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with tyre wholesalers, dealers and fleet customers.
• Identify and acquire new institutional and fleet customers for truck and bus radial (TBR) tyres.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for tyres and related products.
• Ensure timely collection of payments in line with approved credit terms.
• Monitor market prices, competitor activities, customer demand and emerging trends.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold high standards of customer service.
• Coordinate with the After‑Sales Service Team to resolve tyre warranty claims and customer disputes.
• Prepare regular sales, visit and customer documentation reports for management.
• Present value‑based solutions using CPK (Cost Per Kilometer) methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the automotive tyre or related industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with wholesale and fleet customers.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on value‑based selling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with after‑sales and finance teams.
