B2B Sales Representative – International Ventures

About the role

A Dubai-based conglomerate working in AI, fintech, healthcare and more is hiring three full-time B2B Sales Representatives for its International Ventures team. The role focuses on discovery calls and lead qualification, with pay depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive commission.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery calls (phone, video or face-to-face) to uncover business goals, challenges, budgets, decision-making structures, timelines and existing solutions, while building rapport.
• Use experience in investment, accelerators or incubators to assess business maturity, scalability and fit, and categorize leads into the right business model.
• Work with the sales team on prospect handoff and give feedback on recurring patterns, objections and high-value opportunities.
• Capture detailed call notes, keep CRM records accurate and update discovery data so follow-up is effective.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship or a related field preferred.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in inside sales, business development or client discovery.
• Prior experience in venture capital, accelerators, incubators or investment screening is mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication with a consultative, empathetic approach.
• Ability to extract and structure information without sounding interrogative.
• Quickly building rapport and trust with senior-level stakeholders.
