About the role
The B2B Sales Representative will manage and expand B2B distribution channels for ARTE MUSEUM Dubai, focusing on DMCs, OTAs, corporate, government, and school clients. The role involves negotiating contracts, integrating ticketing systems, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage B2B (DMCs, OTAs, Corporate, Government, Schools) and online distribution channel management.
- Pioneer and expand ticket distribution channels, negotiate commission rates, and sign contracts.
- Integrate ticketing system and API with newly signed B2B partners and troubleshoot system issues.
- Analyze sales performance by channel and execute plans to increase revenue.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience working with OTAs and DMCs in Dubai.
- Prior B2B sales experience in the entertainment or museum industry.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- UAE citizenship.
Required skills
- Knowledge of APIs and experience troubleshooting ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
