B2B Sales Travel Agent - Travel & Tourism

About the role

A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering holiday experiences worldwide is hiring four full-time B2B Sales Travel Agents. The position is paid according to experience and qualifications plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and actively promote and sell holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours and other travel services.
• Understand customers' travel needs and recommend suitable packages, destinations and services while maximising sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and inquiries, and turn prospects into confirmed bookings while meeting assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, give excellent pre- and post-sales support, and coordinate with internal teams and travel partners for smooth bookings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, holiday packages or related hospitality/hotel sectors.
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly targets.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Additional languages and UAE travel and tourism experience are an advantage.
