About the role
The Back Office Executive will ensure smooth daily operations of a luxury boutique, handling cash‑desk activities, bank deposits, and inventory management. You will support the boutique’s client experience by maintaining accurate financial records and stock integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Execute opening and closing cash‑desk procedures, validate sales transactions, and prepare daily cash reports.
- Process bank deposits for cash and cheques, and coordinate with Finance for timely reconciliation.
- Manage stock movements, conduct quality checks, and lead inventory and cycle counts.
- Support boutique display preparation, product handling, and price labeling.
- Collaborate with boutique teams to uphold operational standards and security policies.
Required profile
- Previous experience in back‑office, cash management or stock control, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced boutique.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent English; Arabic or French a plus.
