Badminton Head Coach

About the role

Titan Pro Sports Academy is seeking a dedicated Badminton Head Coach to lead its badminton program in Sharjah. This full‑time position involves designing and delivering training sessions, monitoring player development, and fostering a culture of excellence and sportsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct daily badminton training sessions for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
• Assess player performance, set individual development goals and adjust coaching plans accordingly.
• Teach fundamental techniques as well as advanced tactical concepts.
• Mentor athletes on fitness, nutrition and mental preparation.
• Maintain training schedules, record progress and report to academy management.
• Coordinate tournament preparation, including strategy and logistics.

Required profile

• Proven experience coaching badminton players across different age groups.
• Strong knowledge of badminton rules, techniques and game strategies.
• Ability to motivate young athletes and create a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and team‑management skills.
• Relevant badminton coaching certifications or equivalent practical experience.
