About the role
Join W Hotels as a BandF Service Expert where you help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service and uphold the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and arrange dining areas according to service standards.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a friendly and attentive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Read and verify menu information, assisting guests with selections.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance), and navigating uneven surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
