Banquet Operations Manager

About the role

Join Hilton’s award‑winning team in Abu Dhabi as a Banquet Operations Manager. You will lead the planning, execution and breakdown of a wide range of banquet events, ensuring every guest experiences the warmth and light of Hilton hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactively enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize and execute banquet events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas.
• Oversee function‑room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details to Food & Beverage, Event Services, Property Operations, Audio‑Visual and Housekeeping teams.
• Manage event breakdown, ensuring rooms are reset correctly for subsequent functions.
• Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
