Banquets Supervisor

About the role

The Banquets Supervisor oversees daily operations of restaurant or bar outlets at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, ensuring exceptional service, smooth workflow, and compliance with quality and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service staff to deliver high‑quality guest service.
• Assist with staff training, performance management, and development.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
• Collaborate with outlet management for events, promotions, and service improvements.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality with a can‑do approach.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
