Assistant Restaurant Manager – Cafe Milano

About the role

The Cafe Milano Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the General Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards, staff efficiency, and guest satisfaction at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Support training, coaching, and development of service staff.
• Monitor operational standards, including hygiene, safety, and service quality.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Collaborate with the F&B Outlet Manager on events, promotions, and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality with a can‑do approach.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, service standards, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
