Bar General Manager – Luna Dubai

About the role

The Bar General Manager will lead the Luna bar at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, delivering luxury beverage experiences that align with the brand’s high standards. This senior position reports directly to hotel leadership and is responsible for driving revenue, guest satisfaction, and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement bar strategies, concepts, and operational plans.
• Ensure beverage operations meet target customer expectations and financial goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and coordinate venue activations.
• Control inventory, manage par stock levels, and oversee stock requisitions.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests and property employees.
• Build lasting relationships with top guests and foster team alignment around goals.
• Handle maintenance work orders and ensure timely repairs.
• Communicate closing procedures, including last call announcements.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and coaching of staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food & beverage and nightlife venues or clubs within the luxury segment.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and financial performance management.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
