About the role
A new La Petite Maison restaurant is opening on the waterfront in Dubai, and it is looking for a Barback. The Barback keeps the bar running so that bartenders have everything they need, keeps the bar stocked and spotless, and helps the team move faster during service. It is described as a great place to learn the bar from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Keep the bar stocked with drinks, ice, glassware and garnishes
- Prepare garnishes and get the bar ready before service
- Keep the bar clean, tidy and well organised
- Support the bartenders throughout service
- Help with deliveries and storage areas
- Help with opening and closing duties
Required profile
- Some experience in a bar, restaurant or hotel is a plus
- Fast, reliable and happy to keep busy
- Team player who jumps in where needed
- Tidy and organised
- Basic English
