Barback – Hospitality Support Role

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Barback to join our fast‑paced bar team in Dubai. You will support bartenders and servers, ensuring smooth operations and a high‑quality guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Stock, organize and maintain bar supplies, equipment and inventory daily.
- Set up bar stations according to outlet standards before service.
- Assist guests with beverage inquiries, menu items and promotions.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas throughout service.
Required profile
- Previous barback or hospitality experience is highly valued.
- Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift items of 30+ lb.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication, teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic point‑of‑sale systems.
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations for food and beverage service.
