Barista – Full-Time

About the role

Join the Southern Sun Abu Dhabi team as a Barista, delivering high‑quality coffee and beverage service in a vibrant hospitality environment. This full‑time position offers the chance to grow within a respected hotel and restaurant brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to menu specifications.
• Manage stock levels, conduct briefings and ensure promotional items are displayed correctly.
• Operate coffee equipment and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently.
• Maintain the service area in line with environmental, hygiene and safety regulations.
• Handle customer payments, generate accurate bills and perform cash‑up procedures at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards and support a training‑focused workplace.
