About the role
Join Le Meridien in Dubai as a Barista focused on creating memorable guest experiences through high‑quality food and beverage service. You will work on the floor, interacting directly with guests and supporting the overall dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards.
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Handle guest interactions, answer questions, and provide a friendly, professional service.
- Follow safety, quality, and uniform policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
