About the role
Join Le Méridien Dubai as a Barista in the Gourmandises outlet, delivering memorable food and beverage experiences for guests. You will be part of a Guest Service team that creates a unique, high‑quality service environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, set tables, and handle transactions accurately.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and perform repetitive motions.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Ability to read menus and verify information visually.
