Bartender at Luxury Hotel Bar

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, guest‑focused Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages while delivering memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and hotel standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, promotions, and products.
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and support upselling opportunities.
• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of beverages.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and rotate stock.
• Process guest orders and bills accurately through the POS system.
• Handle guest feedback and requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, responsible beverage service, health and safety, and hotel procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel, restaurant or bar environment.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails and bar operations.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
