About the role
We are seeking an energetic, guest‑focused Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages while delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and hotel standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar and service areas.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and ensure proper storage of supplies.
- Process guest orders and bills accurately using the POS system.
- Handle guest feedback and requests promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel, restaurant or bar environment.
- Good command of spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails and bar operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
