Bartender

About the role

Join the F&B team at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a five‑star beachfront resort, delivering exceptional service and cuisine to guests. As a bartender you will be the ambassador of the resort’s beverage experience, ensuring each guest feels unique and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the bar at opening, including liquor, ice, glassware, juices and garnishes.
• Process drink orders efficiently, manage billing and ensure accurate service.
• Prepare cocktails according to the hotel’s standard beverage manual.
• Receive, check and stock liquor, maintain attractive displays and keep the bar area tidy.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues, informing a manager as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations within an all‑inclusive concept.
• Passion for excellent service and strong team player.
• Fluent in English; Russian language is an asset.

Required skills

• Complete working knowledge of bar items, ingredients and preparation.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain bar security.
