Bartender – Resort Bar Service

About the role

The Bartender at Aldhafra Resort will craft classic and contemporary beverages with precision, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a unique desert setting. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring the bar remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, and non‑alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and inventory records, adhering to local food‑handling and alcohol‑service regulations.
• Operate the POS system (Micros) for order entry, payment processing, and cash handling.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of bartending or beverage service experience, preferably in a hotel or high‑end venue.
• Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Legal age to serve alcohol and compliance with local food‑handling laws.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, garnishes, and drink presentation.
• Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Micros.
• Ability to multitask, communicate effectively with guests, and work under pressure.
