Hostess for Arabic Specialty Restaurant

About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to welcome guests in its Arabic specialty restaurant. You will ensure seamless seating, maintain dining‑room standards, and support the team in delivering the brand’s Gold Standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size and seat them at clean, prepared tables.
• Pull out chairs, place menus, and ensure each setting includes a napkin, clean silverware and any required items.
• Monitor dining‑room availability, safety and guest well‑being throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Follow all company, safety and security policies, report incidents and complete required training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance, clear spoken English and ability to use telephone etiquette.

Required skills

• Ability to provide courteous, professional guest service.
• Basic knowledge of dining‑room setup and cleanliness standards.
