Beach Attendant - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a dedicated Beach Attendant to join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel on the Red Sea. You will ensure the beach area is welcoming, safe, and enjoyable for all guests, delivering the high‑standard service expected at a luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, arrange, and maintain beach equipment such as lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
• Assist guests with beach amenities and provide information about hotel facilities.
• Monitor guest safety, enforce hotel policies, and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the beach area throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Beach Attendant or in a similar hospitality role (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work outdoors in a sunny, warm environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest needs.
• Capability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, team‑player mindset, and current residency in the UAE.
